Struggling to fit training time in and amongst a busy home and work life? My Part Time Coaching option allows you to access tailored and structured training, but in a more light-hearted and relaxed manner to suit the busier Athlete ​

You will receive personalised and structured Strength & Conditioning programmes uploaded on to your training app. each week, 'plus' weekly contact time with your Coach.

£175/Month


Refine your training and follow a Sports Specific S&C programme, broken down into weekly training plans and uploaded on to your training app. Full access to our extensive library of Sports Performance drills, all with face-to-face support with your performance Coach.​

Performance Coaching  + 
​ Nutritional support

The benefits of structured performance coaching 'plus' structured guidance working with a professional sports nutritionist to get YOU in the best shape for performance. 

£220/month


Go one step further and refine your training and  nutrition to learn and adapt the way you train and fuel ready for performance. Follow a Sports Specific S&C programme, broken down into weekly training plans and uploaded on to your training app. Work alongside a Sports Nutritionist to maximise recovery and fuelling strategies. On-going face-to-face support with your performance Coaches.​
